Martin Cobb, is a Certified Divorce Financial Analysta Certified Management Accountant and has over
20 years of experience in finance, accounting and consulting. Martin is also a member of the

Practice Institute of Michigan
As a divorce financial practitioner, Martin assumes the role of “CFO of the divorce case" by working with clients and their
attorneys to provide insight into the financial aspects surrounding the situation. This includes efficiently gathering, analyzing
and summarizing the critical financial information and effectively communicating it to the parties involved. Informed and
objective decisions can be made based upon accurate and comprehensive financial data. Martin always performs the work
with compassion, respect and understanding.
A graduate and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in London, England. Martin is also a Certified
Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and has completed the following training specific to

Originally a British subject, Martin has lived and worked in the United States for 15 years and became a US citizen in 1995. He
is married with two children and lives in the countryside where his hobbies include gardening, wildlife and photography.

As a CFO in industry Martin was involved with complex business combinations and valuations as well as international work
involving the formation and management of foreign entities.  He has also been involved in numerous transactions and
business financing activities, some in excess of $100MM. Martin has served over 40 clients in his consulting career as an
outsourced CFO to small businesses.
Martin has held senior level positions including CFO, Controller,
business consultant, and financial advisor. Through his extensive
financial experience Martin has developed the ability to take
complex financial issues and information and present them in a
format that is clear, concise and easily understood.
